The Wyandotte bantam breed is a miniature sized bird, copy of the large Wyandotte with a rose comb and notfeathered legs. This breed is one of the best miniature breeds, lays good number of good sized eggs (45 g), they are vital and robust and relativelly early maturing birds.

The hens are laying around 160 eggs per a year, they are good mothers. The eggs are brown or tinted. The hens weigh around 0.9-1.1 kg and the cocks weigh around 1.0-1.2 kg.

There are lots of color varieties in this breed (more than 20 color variations). Wyandotte bantams are one of the most popular breeds in the world.

My favorite color is  a salmon. From two years I've trying to consolidate a blue salmon color in this breed.
